1. Welcome
Welcome to the STLTH Subscription program, which entitles you to regular delivery of consumables to your nominated delivery address.
2. Application of Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are between you and STLTH and govern your use of STLTH Subscription.
You must accept these Terms by clicking “I agree” on our website.
Acceptance is deemed to occur in the country of your registered residence.
STLTH may update these Terms at any time; continued use implies consent to the new Terms.

3. Eligibility
You must be:
- An adult of legal smoking age in your province.
- Living and receiving deliveries in the same eligible province.
Only individuals (not businesses) are eligible.
You may only have one active Subscription program at a time.
4. Start & Payments
Your STLTH Subscription begins on your chosen start date after submitting an initial order. Shipping minimums must be met to receive free shipping on each subscription order.
Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.
Payments are charged every time an order is placed based on the subscription term selected.
If your payment fails, you must update your payment method promptly or your subscription will be paused.
5. Customization
You may:
- Change your order at any time prior to shipping by removing, adding, or replacing product. To make changes to your existing subscription order, kindly contact support@stlthvape.com. You can also cancel this subscription anytime and create a new one instead with the required changes.
- Change your delivery address (within the same province).
Changes take effect for all future deliveries.
6. Changing Order Frequency
You can adjust the order frequency at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders; the updated order interval is calculated from the previous order date (for example, if the previous order frequency was monthly, the last order date was March 1, and the order frequency is changed to biweekly, then the next order date will be March 15. Orders already placed cannot be changed.
7. Pausing Delivery
You can pause your Subscription at any time.
STLTH may pause your service under any of the following scenarios (email notification will be sent)if:
- Your selected flavours are out of stock.
- Delivery issues arise (e.g., incorrect address).

Payment fails due to an expired card.
8. Pricing
Discounts apply only to STLTH products within the Subscription order.
Changes in product type, quantity, or flavour may affect pricing.
9. Your Obligations
You agree:
Not to misuse the program or transfer bonuses/rewards.
To keep your account/password secure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
To update your address/payment details promptly.
To comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
10. Termination
You can cancel anytime via your dashboard or by contacting support@stlthvape.com.
Cancellation after an order has been placed will go into effect for future orders.
STLTH may cancel your subscription immediately for Terms violations.
Upon termination, no further deliveries or charges will apply.
STLTH may modify or terminate the program or Terms at its discretion at any time.
11. Data Privacy
STLTH will process your personal data per their Privacy Policy.
12. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
STLTH is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or revenue.
This limitation applies even if STLTH was informed of possible losses.
Legal liabilities that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
13. Miscellaneous
Failure to enforce Terms doesn’t waive STLTH’s rights.
STLTH is not responsible for incorrect information you provide or lost communications.
Notices may be sent via email or posted on the website.
These Terms are governed by Canadian law and the jurisdiction of STLTH’s registered office.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
In case of conflict, the English version of these Terms prevails.
