Order Processing and Dispatch Operations
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility Monday through Friday between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders validly placed prior to 3:30 PM Eastern Time on business days will generally be received within one (1) to three (3) business days. Any transactions executed over a weekend shall be processed and dispatched on the immediate following Monday. In the event of a recognized long weekend or statutory holiday, order processing and dispatch shall commence on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods, Designated Carriers, and Estimated Transit Times
The primary logistics partners designated for shipment are FedEx and UPS; notwithstanding the foregoing, the specific carrier elected for the execution of delivery may be subject to variation contingent upon the final delivery location. Standard shipping transit durations typically encompass one (1) to three (3) business days, whereas Express shipping provides an estimated one (1) day transit period, subject to geographical variance within the jurisdiction of Canada.
Shipping Tariffs and Complimentary Delivery Thresholds
Complimentary standard shipping is governed by regional thresholds. For delivery addresses situated within the Canadian provinces (excluding New Brunswick), orders possessing a subtotal exceeding $100.00 (calculated exclusive of taxes and net of any applied discounts) shall qualify for free standard shipping. For delivery addresses situated within the Canadian territories and New Brunswick, the qualification threshold for free standard shipping is strictly set at orders exceeding $125.00 (calculated exclusive of taxes and net of applied discounts). Transactions falling below the aforementioned minimum monetary thresholds shall incur a flat-rate standard shipping levy of $25.00, exclusive of applicable taxes.
Expedited transit via Priority Overnight shipping may be elected for a supplementary fee of $34.99, exclusive of taxes. It is expressly noted that expedited transit timelines commence solely upon the physical dispatch of the order from the facility, and not upon the date the transaction is initiated. Not available for all Provinces and Territories.
Mandatory Age Verification and Delivery Signature Requirements
Given that the products provided are legally restricted to adult consumption, all packages are strictly subject to mandatory adult verification and require the presentation of a valid, government-issued identification upon delivery. In the event that the designated carrier is unable to secure the required adult signature at the provided shipping address, the parcel shall be rerouted to a localized, secure pickup facility. The recipient may access the specific details of this facility by querying the provided tracking number on the respective carrier’s digital portal.
Provincial Excise Stamp Compliance
In strict adherence to federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing the taxation of vaping goods, any products bearing regional excise stamps shall solely be dispatched and shipped to addresses located within the corresponding and appropriate provincial jurisdictions.
Shipment Tracking, Non-Delivery, and Claims Support
Upon the successful fulfillment and physical transfer of the order to the designated carrier, the customer shall be issued a confirmation email containing a hyperlink to the requisite tracking number. Customers are advised to examine their spam or junk mail directories for this automated communication. This tracking identifier shall be utilized to continuously monitor the transit status of the shipment via the carrier's digital platform.

Delayed or Undelivered Parcels: In the event of non-delivery, the customer is directed to utilize the tracking number to initiate an immediate inquiry directly with the respective delivery partner for resolution.

Tracking Inoperability: Should the customer experience technical failures preventing the tracking of a shipment, communication must be established with the STLTH Customer Support Team via the Contact Us portal.

Merchandise Shortages: In the event that an order arrives missing any purchased product(s), the customer is obligated to notify the STLTH Customer Support Team via the Contact Us portal within 3 business days to commence an investigation.
