At STLTH, we believe that our devices will provide an unmatched level of satisfaction. We take pride in what we have built, and we stand by our products. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we will provide a full refund if you are unhappy with our devices. 

You are eligible to claim a refund if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Residency & Age: You are a Canadian resident and of legal age to consume our products.
  • Direct Purchase: You purchased the devices from our official website and have an account with us.
  • Timeframe: The purchase was made within 28 days of filing the claim.

Your claim will be deemed invalid, and no refund will be issued, in the following scenarios: 

  • Third-Party & In-Store Purchases: If the products were purchased from a third party vendor or in-store. If you purchased the above mentioned products in store or third party website, please contact them regarding their policy. We will not offer a refund if the product was purchased in store or from a third-party website.
  • Expired Timeframe: If the validity period of 28 calendar days from the date of purchase has expired. 

How to claim your refund: 

  • Submit a Request: Fill out the contact us form.
  • Provide Your Account Email: Please provide an email address associated with the account.
  • Provide Evidence & Feedback: Please provide a picture of the device along with an explanation as to why you are not satisfied with your STLTH device.

Our team will review your information and get in touch with you regarding your claim within 1 business day (excluding holidays). Please note the following processing rules and limitations:

  • Strict Adherence: In order for a claim to be valid, all of the conditions above must be met. Otherwise, it will be deemed invalid and no refund will be issued.
  • Restocking Fee: Eligible products returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the original packaging has been opened.
  • Processing Time: If approved, please allow up to 3 to 10 business days for us to complete the refund.
  • Household Limit: This policy is limited to a single refund per household. Multiple or bulk claims will not be accepted, and any products sent to us with such claims will not be returned.
