In order to make this process as easy and convenient as possible for our consumers, all you have to do is fill out the Contact us Form with the details mentioned below and our team will be in touch with you within 1 business day (excluding holidays).


You are eligible to claim money back if:


  • You are a Canadian resident and of legal age to consume our products.
  • You’ve purchased the devices from our official website and have an account with us.
  • The purchase was made within 28 days of filing the claim.


Your claim will be invalid if:


  • If the products were purchased from a third party vendor (Craigslist/Amazon) or in-store. If you purchased the above mentioned products in store or third party website, please contact them regarding their policy. We will not offer a refund if the product was purchased in store or from a third-party website.
  • If the validity period of 28 calendar days is expired.


How to claim your money back: 


  • Fill out the contact us form.
  • Please provide an email address associated with the account.
  • Please provide a picture of the device along with an explanation as to why you are not satisfied with your STLTH device.


Our team will review this information and get in touch with you regarding your claim. In order for a claim to be valid, all of the conditions above must be met, otherwise it will be deemed invalid and no refund will be issued.


Please allow up to 3 - 10 days for us to complete the refund.


The policy is limited to a single refund per household. Multiple or bulk claims will not be accepted and any products sent to us with such claims will not be returned.
