STLTH Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION: These STLTH REWARDS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) represent a legal agreement between you ("you") and STLTH. These Terms replace any other provided terms and conditions and govern your participation in the STLTH REWARDS (the “Program”). By participating in STLTH REWARDS, you accept and agree to these Terms. STLTH reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion.

2. ACCEPTANCE: By participating, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and all related STLTH REWARDS policies and guidelines. Changes to these Terms become effective upon their posting. Continued participation in STLTH REWARDS constitutes your acceptance of any changes. By creating an account on STLTHvape.com, you consent to the processing of your personal information to administer your STLTH REWARDS membership. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and current information for account administration. You also accept the website’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein.

3. MEMBERSHIP & REWARDS: Membership in STLTH REWARDS is free, and no initial purchase is required. To qualify, you must have a STLTHvape.com account, be of legal age to purchase vaping products in your Canadian province/territory of residence, and reside outside Quebec or Nova Scotia. STLTH REWARDS is not available to entities such as corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual.

STLTH REWARDS points can be earned through STLTH product purchases on STLTH vape.com based on your tier and specific actions as follows:

STLTH REWARDS members may be entitled to earn points based on the performance of certain actions as advertised from time to time. STLTH REWARDS points, offers and other services and programs are offered by us and may be offered to all program members or any group of the program members, as decided by us. Online orders include free shipping after a specific set amount and any offer may be time-limited and may contain additional terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms.

Redeem STLTH REWARDS points through your STLTHvape.com account. The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1,000 points. Points can be redeemed at 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, and 10,000 points, with one redemption allowed per order, points can only be redeemed once a milestone is reached. Points are not redeemable in combination with other promotions and are subject to restrictions.

Discounts available through STLTH REWARDS are subject to certain restrictions and may not be used in conjunction with all offers or promotions on stlthvape.com

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - If a refund is issued for a returned item, any STLTH REWARDS points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
We reserve the right to cancel or deduct any points awarded for a product that is returned or exchanged with STLTH, or if a refund or exchange (including partial refunds) is requested, at our sole discretion. To clarify, a refund will result in the money being returned to your credit/debit card, but the points earned from the transaction will be deducted. Points earned will not be deducted for defective product replacement.
If you choose to return a product you redeemed through your points, you will lose those points and will not be returned to your account.

5. CHANGES, TERMINATION, AND REMOVAL FROM STLTH REWARDS: To opt out of STLTH REWARDS, contact Customer Service at support@stlthvape.com. Termination of membership results in the forfeiture of accumulated points. Re-enrollment starts your points balance at zero. STLTH may modify or terminate the Program without notice and may cancel your participation for (1) Acting in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances; (2) abusing any program privilege; (3) failing to follow these Terms or Website Terms of Use; (4) or made any misrepresentation to us or to any entity associated with or participating in the program. If your participation in STLTH REWARDS is cancelled, any points accumulated in your account may be deducted and removed.

6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS By registering, you agree to receive promotional emails. Unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the email footers.

7. PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is important to us. By participating in STLTH REWARDS, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how your personal data is collected and used to administer your membership and fulfill rewards.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which governs how we handle your personal information in Canada. We ensure that your data is protected and used solely for the purposes of managing your account and providing you with STLTH REWARDS services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to release and hold harmless us, as well as any third parties who may periodically be involved in STLTH REWARDS, and our and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense arising from any person in connection with STLTH REWARDS, your participation in STLTH REWARDS, or any use or misuse of products or services obtained through the redemption of points or otherwise related to the STLTH REWARDS program.
Registered STLTH REWARDS customers can only access the program through their primary account. STLTH reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close additional accounts at its discretion.

9. GENERAL - STLTH REWARDS points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can they be subject to any security interest. Points cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred between Members or to any other individual.
We reserve the right to sell or transfer all or part of the STLTH REWARDS program to a related company or third party, to merge with another entity, or to engage in any corporate reorganization or financing activities. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information will be handled in such circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Program at any time, particularly in the event of a material error, omission, technical issue, virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond our reasonable control that affects the proper functioning of the Program as outlined in these Terms. Any intentional attempt to damage any website or disrupt the legitimate operation of the Program (as determined by us in our sole discretion) may violate criminal or civil laws, and we reserve the right to pursue remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any of the details you provided during STLTH REWARDS registration (such as your name or email address) change, you must inform us promptly and provide accurate, updated information. We are not liable if we are unable to contact you due to outdated or incorrect information.
Our failure to enforce any rights, powers, or remedies outlined in these Terms or by law, or any delay in doing so, does not waive those rights, powers, or remedies. The partial or single exercise of a right, power, or remedy does not prevent its future use or the use of any other right, power, or remedy.
Each provision in these Terms and Conditions is independent and severable. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
